Review: The Team & Personal EDGE
by Dr. Nancy Doetzel

  • I have had the honor of reviewing an extraordinary program (Personal & Team  EDGE)  . . to help others to add quality to their personal and professional lives.

  • . . applies psychology, sociology and common sense to construct strategies to help others add quality to their lives.

  • . . a person does not require a vacation to unwind; there are tools available to understand, respond appropriately, and thereby improve life's situations and relationships with others, here and in the now.

  • Exercises to release stress can be applied wherever a person is.

  • . . people  . . develop bridges over troubled waters, so they can reduce stress and achieve healthy sleep patterns.

  • . . program (Personal & Team EDGE) . .  a "rest and relaxation tune-up" that can make life easier for those who apply their freedom of choice, to use . . suggested tools.

  •  . . I feel confident that . . program (the Personal & Team EDGE) can bring a fresh attitude and enthusiasm into one's personal and professional life.

Sincerely, Dr. Nancy Doetzel ( PhD, MA, HBA, HBSW, BA, ICADC) FULL REVIEW

"  I have fully  recovered the 20% of my workday that was lost to distractions (before using the CD). I have more time for pursuing my ideas for expanding my business. With the CI EDGE, I am confident I can grow my business with less effort! "

" When I first talked to the CI EDGE about how the Personal Edge Package could contribute to my restaurant, I wanted something that could help me first (give me an edge) and then I could pass it on to others.

Since I began using the restorative CD I am more positive in dealing with work. I can put things in my life into perspective because my stress has gone. Now I take control of situations rather than the problems taking hold of me.

Listening to the CD I realized everyone benefits from finding some way to get positive energy. It reminded me of the things my father taught me when I was young.

I found the CI EDGE very valuable because it helped me personally and helped me manage the people at work."

" Now I ask people to do what they are suppose to do. Head Nurse says I have little rules and that is why things run smoothly when I am on shift!

I used to have stress induced panic attacks. I couldn't cope and would phone in sick. I have not used even 3 days in the last 3 years. "

" I've stopped worrying. I would get up in the morning and resume my worries. I would even worry that I forgot to worry about something.

I am more and more grateful for the cards {Newsletters} each day.
{... Today} my card {newsletter -Anger Pothole In-The-Moment} is exactly to do with a negative conversation I had last night . . . and what I need for my day. I learnt (sic) to appreciate the negative already {today} . . . I can see things differently.

I am nowhere near as tired as I used to be. Today I was up at 4:30AM, went to the gym and worked a 12-hour shift and am having this interview really want a lot of people to experience what I do everyday I pick a card {bulletin}. " Have a great day and thank you!

I find that the Team & Personal Edge Packages help keep me focused on the positive and when negative situations arise I consider them to be learn opportunities, which again moves it to a more positive light.

" Life is great right now and I feel that participating in your program to develop creative thinking in business has contributed substantially to this. It helps me to continually reflect on what I am doing to ensure that it is what I want and that I continue to move in the direction that is best for me.

It helps keep me focused on my goals and recognize opportunities to move towards them because I am becoming more observant of everything that is happening around me. "

Thanks !!!!!   - Jeanette used the Team & Personal Edge

Bookkeeper

I have also had the opportunity to use the Personal CI Edge's Newsletters.  Once I was in a situation where I had to confront a customer that was acting inappropriately.  I used the "Communication Formula" slotting my particular information into the formula.  The formula made my situation seem less personal.  I was able to work through the problem without getting angry or upset.

" For the past 3 years I have provided Bookkeeping services to CI Corporate Instincts.

During this time period I started going through menopause and began having disruptions in my sleep patterns.  Donna Lee suggested I try out the Bronze Package with the Zleep EZ CD.   The techniques used on the CD were very helpful.

Before using the CD, I dreaded going to bed at night, knowing that I would wake up around 3:00am and possibly wouldn't be able to fall back to sleep for at least an hour or sometimes more.

I couldn't afford to lose my precious sleep -- my bookkeeping profession required me to be very alert and well rested.  The relaxation techniques  allowed me to return to sleep easily and effortlessly.

I felt relaxed and calm and learned to let the issues and problems that plagued my night thoughts just float by; they no longer seemed significant and weren't worth worrying about. "  Click here to view my (Ms. Calculator) results back to testimonies

 Here is a recommendation for

your Sleep EZ (ZLEEP E Z  CD) disk!

"I am one of those people who became too busy to even know how to put myself to bed!  Having the Dream EZ disk helped me to form a habit of getting to bed, to relax, and let go of the day's goings on.  I am happy to report that I am beginning to recall dreams, whereas before, I almost never remembered a stitch of them.  I feel more rested even when getting less sleep than is recommended."

The CD is a series of relaxation exercises on a background of ocean waves followed by 1/2 hour of ocean waves. It is multicultural friendly, contains no music, hypnosis or subliminal messages.

We interview many people and asked them what worked for them when they had difficulties unwinding. We included this mixture in the CD and when you listen long enough you will find out where you fall asleep (what works for you). If you never hear the ocean waves tract -you have fallen to sleep to the CD!

The CD is used to release a hectic day as you fall asleep & after you are asleep.

It is not an educational or a music CD. It helps restore tomorrow.

There are some silent spots on the video.

Who Can use Our Product? -Everyday working people who want to reduce the many difficult situations experienced in normal life.

Many people are employed in more than one job making life tense.  At home they often are doing the workload of two parents.  Work levels have increased, there is not enough time to get everything done & frequently they rob time from sleep to do it all.  Families try to provide more for their children than their parents did for them & children expect more from advertising.  Often one family member will take a second job to pay for sports, toys & vacations. They miss out on daily family activities.  Some are living with sick parents & children. They are worn out, overtired people who are over worked, worried & their irritability causes conflict at home  & work! 80% of them are over tired, take 14% longer to do their work & have 22-33% more mistakes & accidents.
